We collect and process the minimum personal information required to provide the App’s core functionality. The specific data items are listed below:

Student ID	Used as a login credential to authenticate the user’s identity.
Date of Birth	Used as a login credential for identity verification.
Student Name	Displayed within the App for identification after login.
Attendance Rate	Displayed within the App. Each user can only view their own record.

We do not collect any information beyond what is listed above. No device identifiers, location data, or usage analytics are collected.

02 Purpose of Use

The collected information is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Authenticating and verifying user identity at login.
• Displaying the user’s personal attendance information.
• Enforcing access controls so each student can only view their own data.
• Maintaining and improving the App’s functionality.

We do not use personal information for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the App’s core educational service.

03 Third-Party Services

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information to any third party. The App uses the following external service to operate:

Only the minimum data necessary for the service to function is transmitted. No personal data is shared with advertisers or analytics providers.

04 Data Access & Visibility

The App enforces strict access-control measures to protect user privacy:

• Each student can only view their own name, student ID, and attendance rate.
• Students cannot access or view any other student’s information.
• Viewing personal data requires successful authentication with both Student ID and Date of Birth.

05 Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal information:

• Secure authentication mechanisms for user login.
• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) between the App and servers.
• Server-side access controls ensuring data isolation per user.

While we employ commercially reasonable safeguards, no method of electronic transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

06 Data Retention

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Upon request, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable timeframe. To request data removal, please contact us using the information in Section 10.

07 Children’s Privacy

The App is designed for educational use by students. If a user under the age of 13 accesses the App, parental or guardian consent is required. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without such consent. If we discover that data has been collected from a child under 13 without proper consent, we will promptly delete it.

08 Your Rights

In accordance with applicable data protection laws, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
